Rangkum was born from firsthand experience managing day-to-day operations of a growing printing business in Surabaya, Indonesia.
Like many Indonesian SMEs, the business ran on WhatsApp groups and marketplace chats. Important details were there, but nobody had time to read them all. Rangkum started as an internal tool to answer simple questions: what went wrong today, which orders are at risk, and how are customers being served?
