Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of the Rangkum application at rangkum.app. By using Rangkum, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. Questions: founder@rangkum.app.

1. Early access

Rangkum is offered in early access to invited businesses. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Commercial terms, if any, are agreed separately in writing with each business.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created for invited businesses. You are responsible for keeping passwords confidential and for activity under your accounts. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your data and permissions

You keep ownership of the data you connect or upload. You confirm that you have the right to connect each WhatsApp account, group or chat and each marketplace store, and that you will inform staff and customers where required by law. You give us permission to process the data only to provide Rangkum to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Rangkum to access accounts or stores you are not authorised to use, to monitor people unlawfully, to break the terms of WhatsApp, Shopee or other connected platforms, or to interfere with the service or other businesses' data.

5. AI output

Rangkum uses AI to analyse data. AI answers and reports can be incomplete or wrong. Check important information against the original messages and records before making decisions.

6. Third-party services

Rangkum connects to services operated by others, such as WhatsApp, Shopee and AI model providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and a change on their side may affect a Rangkum feature.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Rangkum reliable but provide it "as is" during early access, without a guaranteed service level. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

8. Ending use

You may stop using Rangkum at any time and ask us to delete your business data. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other businesses at risk.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI output.
